An 11/2 winning next best on Saturday kept the momentum rolling into a typically busy day of Bank Holiday racecards across the country.
We’re hoping all eight stand their ground in Newcastle’s 3.25 race as Dance Club looks an excellent each-way proposition at the currently available 8/1.
She’s In the Money is favourite but our pick is also on the upgrade and loves this trip.
Cill Rialag is our next best and she runs in Epsom’s 4.55 contest.
This grey filly is another one with a progressive profile and she can score against a relatively moderate set of opponents today to keep Hughie Morrison’s good run going.
Only seven runners (and two places) for Ripon’s 3.35 so our e/w punt on Arabian Pride has been foiled - he’s still worth a small interest as the yard won this last year.
Also at Ripon, Wannabe King (4.10) should go well in his hat-trick attempt.

We had an excellent Friday with nap (advised at 7/1, backed into 7/2) and next best (albeit in a dead heat) both winning following strong market support.
Our late update each-way horse (Miss Miracle) also ran with great credit, just missing a place when finishing fourth at Newmarket (12/1).
There’s a host of good races today but we’re not as hot on anything as we were on Valain yesterday - therefore keep stakes a little lower.
We did fancy Azizi (2.50 Newmarket) until we saw his price - he’s definitely been over-bet so we’ll turn to our favourite trainer of the moment and that’s Simon Callaghan.
He sends two runners to Windsor tonight and we think both have excellent chances.
We’ll nap I Am That in the 5.40 race. His narrow win in a Carlisle race is hardly awe-inspiring but the booking of Frankie Dettori is worth noting as improvement is definitely expected and the only shame is that bigger odds than 11/4 aren’t available, otherwise we’d have lumped on each-way.
Next best is stablemate Turning Top, who also has a top jockey in Ryan Moore.
This filly will relish the return to a mile and can regain winning ways in this contest.
For those of you who like a big-priced one, have a little each-way tickle on Ishetoo in Beverley’s 3.35 - he’s been running respectably and may improve for cheekpieces.
… just an extra horse to mention after our earlier tips (Valain and Recession Proof).
It’s for the first race at Newmarket and we’ve had a strong word for Miss Miracle from Clive Cox’s yard.
Lots of big stables represented but this filly is highly regarded so must be worth an each-way interest, particularly given the strength of the message.
Significant market confidence behind Valain in the 3.55 at Ffos Las is enough to confirm that he should be our nap selection for Friday.
A promising run at Tramore last time out has set him up for a leading challenge today with Tony McCoy back in the saddle - at 7/1, he looks a good value each-way proposition. The main danger could well come from Enlightenment.
On the Flat, Newmarket’s card features a series of fascinating maidens - ideal for watching with an eye to the future but perhaps not for punting today.
Therefore, our next best is Recession Proof in the 4.05 handicap at HQ.
Hailing from the excellent Simon Callaghan stable - note our recent places with e/w punts on 66/1 and 12/1 shots from the yard - this gelding should cope with the step up in trip and can see off Merchant Of Dubai.
Yesterday’s winning nap Collateral Damage ended up a shorter price than anticipated (11/4) following very strong support - let’s hope we can follow up today.
Mutawarath is a horse that is firmly in our notebook and he can take the 4.40 at Ayr, despite this being his first run on a soft surface.
His win at York last time out hinted at better things to come and, with William Haggas’ team in such good heart, he’s an eye-catching 10/3 shot today.
At the same track, our next best is Faithful Ruler in the 3.40 contest.
He posted a promising run on turf at Nottingham 16 days ago and can run well at a decent price - consider an each-way punt if eight runners remain in the field.
We’ll go each-way for our nap today and choose Collateral Damage in Ayr’s 3.40 race.
The ground has come right (soft) for Tim Easterby’s charge and he represents a value call on a challenging, but interesting, day’s racing.
Ermine Sea hasn’t had much luck this season but is due a change in fortune and can land the spoils for Henrietta Knight in Warwick’s 3.30 while Suffolk Punch also has appeal in the following race at the midlands track.
Marine Spirit should probably take the opener (2.30) but perhaps Ginger Grey is also worth an each-way saver - he’s got a good apprentice on board and is in good form.
That’s your Free Racing Tips for today - good luck.
… nothing worth an interest at either meeting so we’ll sit it out.
Kempton’s card provides some interesting contests today and we go to Sunbury for our nap in the 3.40 and that’s an each-way interest in Hyades.
Henry Cecil’s charge has something to find on the ratings but the word from Newmarket is encouraging and he’s available at reasonable odds.
Naval List can defy newcomer Sharayeen in the juvenile maiden at 3.10 - the latter has been well-touted so the price on the Godolphin runner has become attractive.
We’ll go against Saeed bin Suroor’s team in the 4.10 as we fancy State Banquet to build on a promising run last time out to gain the better of Bawadi.
Sir Michael Stoute did not have the best Ebor Festival by his high standards and we feel Strawberrydaquiri could be a vulnerable odds-on favourite at Sandown today.
David Lanigan has his team in tip-top form and Say No Now could add to his growing reputation by taking the listed Atalanta Stakes (2.10) ahead of the ‘jolly’.
We’d advise an each-way interest at the currently available odds of 8/1.
Regular readers will be aware how well Godolphin’s juveniles are running and Buzzword is expected to land the Group Three Solario Stakes at 2.40.
Frankie Dettori is aboard Buzzword and also has an excellent chance in the 4.25 as he rides Rocket Rob from the Simon Callaghan yard.

A 3/1 winning nap and a 50/1 (each-way advised) next best on Thursday are going to be hard to beat - so we’ll play safe!!
Amour Propre is our pick in the Nunthorpe as odds of 7/1 make clear each-way appeal.
He’s only that price due to a moderate run at Ascot last time out but the form from that track should be treated with the utmost cyncism - basically it’s become almost a no-bet course for the time being - and we’re convinced that he’s much better than that.
We’ve also had a strong word for Huntdown in the 2.50 but were expecting a bigger price, we’ll definitely still invest though.
Hey, have you read the post below about our spectacular Thursday???
Our best Irish contact is more of a jumps than Flat man but he’s steaming into John Oxx’s Tanoura today.
The Aga Khan-owned filly has had the Galtres Stakes as a target for some time and she can give the Currabeg stable their third recent win in this race (4.05).
It’s small stakes on the rest of the card for us but we’ll give you a few pointers.
It’s almost inexplicable that Dubawi Heights runs in the Lowther as we were waiting to plunge on her in a maiden or nursery. That said, we’re going to have a small each-way wager (at 50/1 or above) on her just in case the normally-shrewd Simon Callaghan yard are right to be this optimistic.
Mirrored has an excellent chance (2.50) while La Zamora has an each-way shout (4.40).
As with yesterday, York’s day two card is intriguing but not full of standout bets.
However Burgundy Ice gets the thumbs-up from our Newmarket man to give Goldophin a first winner at this year’s Ebor meeting.
This Storm Cat filly made a pleasing seasonal reappearance at Sandown last month and is primed to break her duck for this campaign in the closing 4.40 event.
The rest of the racing on the Knavesmire is trappy but we’ve got a few big-priced suggestions for those of you that like a smaller tilt at each-way odds.
While most of the field have a chance in the Ebor (3.25), we’re willing to have a sporting interest in Camps Bay at 33/1 - Amanda Perratt won this race in 2000 and first-time blinkers may invigorate this five-year-old for a repeat performance.
The market leaders look poor value so we’ll take chance on this one - although the likes of Ladies Best and Record Breaker also have some e/w appeal.
Respendent Light has definite place prospects in the opener while Taajub is interesting in the Gimcrack - it’s just a shame that there are now only two places for that race.

It’s not our usual style to criticise jockeys but Mickey Fenton’s ride on Tuesday’s nap Laterly left much to be desired.
Instead of utlising his low draw to keep to the rail, Fenton inexplicably went to the middle of the track in the straight and failed to make most of his horse’s undoubted stamina by kicking on and stretching the field.
Even then, a more vigorous ride may have grabbed a place rather than an eventual seventh position, beaten two lengths by the fourth home.
All that said, Laterly would not have trumped winner Royal Destination - it’s the place bet that went begging.
Frustrating - let’s hope for better on Wednesday.
The Ebor meeting starts with a trappy but fascinating card and our nap is the locally-trained Laterly in the closing race at 4.40.
This is a typically competitive York handicap and there are a host of potential winners so keep stakes sensible on Tom Tate’s charge - in account terms, this is worth half a point bet (max 4 pts) with the mix of win and place to suit your punting style.
Definitely have at least some each-way part as a saver though as there are four places and this fellow ticks a lot of boxes - well-drawn, back to form, suits front-runners’ track and on a winning handicap mark.
On the rest of the card, Godolphin really fancy Poets Voice but it’s a short price in the Acomb (they also rate Vale of York, btw) while Sea The Stars is must-see, even if not a betting proposition at the available odds.
Lord Aeryn is our next best in the 4.05 nursery - Richard Fahey loves this course and the word from the stable is very positive for this colt.
Again he’s an each-way price so have a least a saver to place.
Alwaary has the form to land the Great Voltigeur from Father Time and Harbinger.
Captain Dunne could be the one in the immensely difficult opening event.
Keep stakes sensible today as tomorrow sees the start of one of the best weeks of the Flat racing season - only Royal Ascot can compare with the fare on offer at York .
Two of Sir Mark Prescott’s runners in Cheveley Park Stud colours catch the eye on the day before the Knavesmire spectacular.
Prescription is the nap as she looks a good thing to build on a win at Lingfield last Tuesday by following up in the 3.15 event at Wolverhampton.
Stablemate Speed Dating runs in the 8.05 at Windsor and should be too good for a moderate set of rivals.
